Thanksgiving tomorrow.

…It’s shaping up to be a wonderful day.

I’m struggling with this NaBloPoMo idea. I’m finding it hard to post substantial thoughts every day. I suppose the point of this activity is just to get one accustomed to keeping an active blog. (Does anyone else see “blog” & internally say “bee-log?”) But I’m halfway through the month already…
That said, these are some thoughts that went through my head today:

• I am very overdue for a haircut.
• We are in desperate need of groceries again.
• How else can I work a smile out of the girl?
• It is time to begin thinking about desserts I can stuff fresh cranberries into.
• I need some clothes & I think it’s time for that shopping trip I’ve been looking forward to for the past eight months.
• I wonder if Ella will be a happy girl while I try on my bridesmaid dress this weekend.
• I need to find plump red pears somewhere.
• There are too many holiday projects I want to get my hands into.
• I will make the gingersnaps tomorrow (I hope, I hope).
• Another trip to Target is in store.
• I like The Eagles & I miss camping music.
• I wonder how long we should wait to take Ella on her first camping trip?
• I love chocolate covered macadamia nuts!
• I need to blog sooner in the day.
